How many chest sets have you done this week?

If you can't answer that, you don't know whether you're growing. GymSets keeps the count, muscle by muscle, week by week.

You train hard.
But are you progressing?

What did you lift last time?
You show up and can't remember. So you guess, repeat the same weight, and wonder why nothing changes.
GymSets remembers every set. Open the app and pick up right where you left off.
Are you doing enough sets per muscle?
Of everything you control in the gym, the weekly count of sets per muscle is what moves growth most. But if nobody counts, you don't know.
Your home screen shows the sets you've done for each muscle against your target. And any exercise counts: if your machine is taken, anything else that works the muscle adds up.
How many weeks in a row?
A week you trained and a week you skipped feel the same while they pass. The difference only shows written down.
GymSets counts the weeks you trained in a row and keeps every session you can go back to.

Every session, your split,
and your body weight.

Open any past session set by set, lay out the week you want to train, and keep your body weight in the same app.

This is what it does.

Logging sets

Weight, reps, and a note if you need one. The previous set's numbers appear pre-filled in grey, so repeating one takes a single tap. Supersets and drop sets included.

Photos and timelapse

One photo per session, from the workout summary. Once you have several they become a vertical video at whatever pace you choose, with your numbers over them: days, weight change, sets, records.

Records

Per exercise: heaviest weight, highest-volume set, most reps. For cardio, distance and best pace. Detected on their own when you close the session.

Rest timer

Starts on its own when you save a set. 90 seconds by default, or whatever you set. On iPhone, from the Dynamic Island you can pause it or add 30 seconds without opening the app.

History and volume

A calendar by month and by year, every session editable. Your sets per muscle group this week against your target, and your streak of consecutive weeks.

Sharing

A session exports as a vertical image with up to four stats: duration, sets, volume, records. Five templates. To your camera roll, to the clipboard as a sticker, or straight to the share sheet.
